Estevan and Michael’s three-day celebration moved through El Huerto, Acre and The Cape. The film follows that progression while keeping their voices and community at the center.
We also filmed Gianna and Jake at Acre and have documented celebrations there with distinctly different personalities. Familiarity with a venue helps us prepare; the film itself still begins with the couple.
